Try our New Breakfast Menu at Villa Corona del Mar

With the new year comes new changes at Villa Corona del Mar..we’ve updated the breakfast menu and changed many of the plates to accomodate the our guests’ requests for different plates.

We welcomed in the New Year with some favorite Mexican dishes that should be a hit for all guests..both Mexican.Canadian and American alike.We took into account that many travelers although appreciate and want flavor in their dishes do not want things overly spicy.  

We added some new dishes that are both colorful and flavorful such as Mexican Beef Tips,Omelette Reggio,Swiss-style Enchiladas and Shredded Dried Beef mixed in with scrambled eggs..eggs in a light tomato sauce..   Our Continental Breakfast buffet will always be a part of your breakfast experience and will continue to have assorted cereals,fresh tropical fruit,yogurt and assorted sweet breads.

Our Fresh Ground Organic Coffee continues to be regionally produced from the the State of Nayarit..with some of the best beans coming out of Compostela.

Breakfast is better in Rincon de Guayabitos when you don’t have to go toofar from your hotel and pay extra!

We enjoyed showing around Sam Treadwell photographer and Editor Emma Wilkinson around Guayabitos and then taking them out for wild excursion via jetski around Jaltemba Bay..a visit to all of the islands as well as some of the different points of interest while out in the Bay was in order.You can jetski by Isla Coral and Isla Cangrego as well as zip by the military point…although it doesn’t see much action..it’s still interesting to go by..you can also explore the beaches of Los Ayala and maybe see a sea turtle or two.

We cold tell that Sam and Emma were sad to leave and get on that plane back to rainy Manchester after a fantastic weekend of exploring Rincon de Guayabitos and staying at Villa Corona del Mar!
